We have an extensive portfolio of past and present commercial refurbishment projects, which have been undertaken via our rapidly expanding client base, along with securing the maintenance and refurbishment contracts for our in house Group property portfolio.
Property Dilapidation
We are an established and preferred contractor for a number of nationwide commercial property agents, along with providing dilapidation, property maintenance and refurbishment works under our direct procurement agreements with our supply chain architects and consultants.
Planning and Development
We are able to offer an extensive planning and design service for potential investors, to generate schemes to be forwarded to the relevant local authorities. We work closely with our clients to provide a bespoke development design scheme, which is controlled directly by our in house planning consultants.
Project Management
We have the ability to provide project management services to our clients, providing an overall construction management support package which includes all CDM, Health and Safety, CAD Design, Programming and Construction schemes, working with our clients to manage their individual construction schemes to their specific requirements.
Property Maintenance
We have an ongoing commercial property maintenance programme, which provides overall maintenance and property servicing for portfolio clients and individual tenants and freehold owners. Our maintenance service provides pro active, risk free and thorough annual building reports, avoiding unnecessary and high cost remedial works to property owners or tenants occupying under full repairing lease conditions.
