Prime office development in Alresford completed

The Office buildings within our Alresford re development are now complete, with the buildings achieving the highest levels of finish and sustainability within current energy efficiency guidelines.
The buildings were totally stripped back to their original construction framework, with the internal areas completely re installed to the individual requirements of the incoming tenants.
All the 3 office buildings were completely re instated with all new power, welfare and climate control systems, along with internal fitting out with all new partitions, suspended ceilings and internal partitions, to achieve the required end user scheme.
On the basis of our successful completion and also with the ongoing liaison with the local residents and parish council in mind, our parent investment company is being encouraged to identify any further 'invest in Alresford' opportunities which may become available.
