Prime industrial development in Alresford completed

We have recently completed the final phase of our ongoing development programme in The Dean, Alresford.
We were selected to undertake a major redevelopment of existing old office and industrial units from their state of dilapidation, coverting the existing units in to sub divided and high specification new business industrial units.
We worked closely as part of the development team, working with the architects, local council and residents, to provide a high specification industrial estate comprising of seven individual and semi detached buildings.
The development has been undertaken under a phased 3 stage basis, over a 24 month process.
