Industrial estate refurbishment in Littlehampton completed on time and on budget

As part of an ongoing remedial works programme, we have recently completed our latest upgrade to an existing industrial warehouse in Littlehampton.
Works including a number of general dilapidation and refurbishment to the existing industrial and office areas, along with a management and commissioning overview view of all the existing power, water and mains facilities in to the building.
Once all works were completed and fully commissioned, a full O&M manual handover was successfully completed inside of the target programme and to owners and in coining tenants satisfaction.
