Commercial refurbishment in Southampton recently completed for offshore clients

We have recently completed a two storey dilapidation and refurbishment project for a major offshore investment fund via our managing client CBRE.
The office building required a range of remedial works for the outgoing tenants including partition relocation, floor covering and decoration remedial, along with relocation of power and water supplies to the existing welfare facilities.
On completion the building is now fully integrated and available for immediate occupation by the incoming tenants.
