Birkdale selected as preferred bidder for local commercial development

Birkdale has been selected by the architects and project managers, as one of three preferred bidders for a new rural commercial development on the outskirts of Southampton.
The development will comprise of 7 number rural industrial /office use small business and start up units ranging between 1200 sq ft and 2,100 sq ft.
The development will be spread over the 1 acre site, with the configuration and specification of the buildings to remain in line with the local rural locations requirements.
The construction sequence is expected to commence with groundwork's in Sept 2011, with a projected project completion of mid 2012.
Birkdale were selected as 1 of 3 preferred bidders from an initial tender list of 7 regional contractors.
