Mike Gould: Group Principal

Mike founded the group of companies back in 1995. His expansion plans for the group have been assisted with the rapid growth of all companies within group and supported by the vast levels of experience and innovative awareness of all the construction and project management staff.

The natural progression for the group to move in to property and facility management has been created by the continued success and expansion of the original members of the Gould Group.

Mike is committed to taking Birkdale Projects through the same expansion programme as the other group companies, to create a wider comprehensive and diversified construction, building maintenance and project management service.

Martin Flood: Construction Director

Martin joined Birkdale at the end of 2009, to control and oversee all aspects of the construction projects. He brings his wealth of experience in both the commercial and residential sector, most recently specialising in commercial refurbishment and property dilapidation.

Martin will also be growing our existing client base along with exploring opportunities to expand and diversify our client, sector presence across the South Coast.

Carol Lyons: Office Manager

Carol manages all administrative procedures in Group, and ensures that all requirements are controlled and documented in line with our in house Quality Assured procedures.

She has been with the company some ten years now, and controls and administers all issues with in the Gould Group of companies.

Carol is also Group Company Secretary, working closely with the Finance Director to ensure that all accounts and documentation procedures with in group are applied and up held in line with current legislation.
