Mike Gould, the Group MD managed to encourage Contracts Director Martin Flood to join and set up Birkdale Projects Ltd as the Gould Group commercial and residential construction company.
Based on Martin's extensive commercial construction experience spanning over 25 years, he has brought with him his vast construction knowledge and in turn has introduced all of the internal systems and procedures within the business.
Birkdale have a customer base which includes a number of blue chip national and international management companies, who trust Birkdale to undertake numerous prestigious commercial refurbishment projects.
We also provide and undertake maintenance and dilapidation works for incoming and outgoing tenants, along with supporting and managing our internal Group property portfolio around the South of England.
It is our aim to cover a wide market sector, targeting specific projects and opportunities which are suited to our in house construction team and on site operatives, along with additional support by our qualified sub-contractor supply chain.
We pride ourselves on providing a thorough and professional service within both the private and public sector, covering all aspects of commercial and residential construction and refurbishment.
We also have the added advantage of providing an in house design, architectural and planning service for any commercial or residential opportunities which require a complete turnkey design and build service.
In liaison with our group residential development company Tower Group UK, we have a strategic development pipeline going forward, which will create internal negotiated new build projects as a part of our ongoing portfolio expansion programme..
