Birkdale were instructed to undertake an extensive refurbishment of the existing sliding sash windows and all internal ceilings.
This was a listed building located within a sensitive village street in close proximity to local shops and medieval buildings of historical interest.
Great care was taken to select both the trade contractors and replacement products, to retain listed building compliance and keep all materials in line with the current energy guidelines.
All logistical deliveries and removals were coordinated with the local business and residential owners, and in liaison with the local traffic officers and highways agencies.
