To completely strip two warehouses and undertake all necessary dilapidation works in preparation for the outgoing tenant.
Works incorporated the full removal of various elements of internal hoarding and partitioning, along with replacing all existing roof lights.
Building services were also removed including plumbing and electrical supplies to numerous common areas.
External and perimeter areas were also refurbished, prior to the occupation of the new incoming tenant.
