Refurbishment works in line with the landlord's instructions and within the new tenants' terms and conditions of occupation.

Newly constructed toilet areas were introduced in to the existing floor areas, with re-configured common welfare and kitchen areas.

All internal finishes and suspended ceilings were removed and re-installed, newly located partitions were installed and co-ordinated with the existing CAT 3 recessed lighting in the suspended ceilings.

Care was taken not to disrupt or compromise the existing suspended ceiling fire alarm systems, which we linked back to a centrally located fire alarm panel.

All necessary electrical and mechanical containment were modified and re-connected in line with the local fire officers and building controls requirements.

Particular attention for this project was its logistically sensitive location, which required all works to be closely monitored on sound issues, all of which were undertaken within restricted and restrained working hours.
