Full strip out of existing two storey office building to accommodate new tenants occupation.
The building was taken back to its original external envelope, including all partitions, ceilings and floor coverings.
Existing high and low level power and IT services were disconnected and taken back to the original mains distribution points.
The new refurbishment included all internal finishes, walls, suspended ceilings and floor surfaces, supported by high level and low level power and IT services re-located to individually located service locations.
Back of house areas including male, female and disabled WCs, along with kitchen areas, were also completely refurbished in line with the landlord's requirements.
All new commissioning certificates and O&M Manuals were provided in support of the dilapidation and refurbishment works, in line with the incoming tenants' lease conditions.
